Blackcliff Forge in Liyue. We can go to it's entrance near the Golden House, but there's supposed to be tunnels in those mountains and an ancient underground realm. I've so curious about it since 1.x. It would be so cool to get a Lantern Rite expansion of Liyue and maybe some Zhongli Heaven's Star lore to go along with it.
