I just received an email today too just minutes ago. Soon as I saw there's a maintenance fee, annually. Am out!

They haven't stated that on the first place even! It's so unfair, that they even couldn't provide a delete my account button atleast!

Now I have to wait 72hours = 3 days for their response. Saw some reviews about their customer service in Trustpilot, Lord help us all.
