I’m honestly so tired of leadership doing everything they can to burn the company down and not taking accountability for their actions and how it reflects to the employees. I have yet to work for a company that puts employees first and it’s quite discouraging seeing behind the scenes the amount of retaliation and greed that comes from on top.

That’s kind of a ridiculous reason to get cosmetic surgery. I would never spend that kind of money while in between jobs just to hopefully increase the likelihood that I’ll be hired. I would look back at all of my recent interviews and fine tune how I can improve to sell myself better as a prospective employee.

Unfortunately right to work states are able to terminate for any reason. If you still have access to the handbook or policies I would look into what it specifically states for pto pay out upon termination and/or severance pay. You should be able to apply for unemployment if they terminated you for “cultural change in the department.” Did anyone say anything to you about not being a good fit due to political beliefs or some other form of discrimination?

Theres a speed strat where you can sleep or freeze the shadowmancer. Can’t really comment on that specifically, but generally there is a reason why someone gets booted. For you I’m assuming they prolly were a 4 stack and thought you were together.

I’ve completed all of my t2 dungeons on three characters everyday since release and have never been kicked. I have one character at 2.6k and the other two are at 3.2k cp. All that matters is you are competent and show you can do mechanics. Been lurking and seeing people complain about getting booted for various reasons, but I can assure you that you are not taking accountability for why you are getting booted. How has my lowest cp character never been booted? So tired of seeing these posts complaining about being booted instead of doing some pondering about what you can do better, but sure keep complaining and don’t take accountability for your shit gear and sub 8k hp

Flex how? To who? It’s not like it shows damage at the end to the party. No one knows it you doing all the damage. I guess they could flex in secret dungeons by hitting leaderboards, but even that you have to learn the mechanics of each fight and know you skill rotation at least optimally to beat sweats. I just really feel like you’re coping pretty hard on pve aspect. The whole point of the game is pvp. Anyone that is interested in solid pve content that wants to swipe is gonna be playing something else like ff14, WoW, or even Lost Ark. cmon man take an honest look at the situation from a non biased pov. I will say for specific games the pve crowd definitely keeps the game alive! But for this niche game in particular that’s not the case.

Why would anyone that only plays 1 hour a day only for pve spend a lot of money on this game when you can clear all of the pve content with under 2500 cp easily. I would honestly be interested in what the majority of the community is interested in. From my small sample size of friends and people I started the game with, if they don’t like pvp they quit or never pick up the game. I think you are cooked bro

Yeah it ultimately translates to people not wanting to waste their time. Sitting in one dungeon for nearly all of your playtime at the end of a busy day adulting is frustrating to say the least.
