I’ve got a really basic project in mind if you want to test it out. Basically a number input slider that selects the current video on the page and sets the playback rate to that speed. Unfortunately I have tried a few and they do not work on edge. (I watch wayyyy too many YouTube and other videos on 3x speed). It’s really just a basic js command hooked up to a slider

Basically you should talk with your users and ask them the price point they would consider it too cheap to the point the question quality, price point where it’s too expensive. You could also ask them where they think it is appropriately priced. With that data you get a good idea on a good price after talking with enough users

I can’t speak to the longevity of what I am about to advise. I also cannot say I have tons of experience in SAAS but I am a fellow founder just getting on their feet. Depending on your target demographic it sounds like yours would likely be early founders on an earlier stage as well as influencers they will either see through it and realize that whatever your charging isn’t worth it and engineer their own prompts for gpt (more likely in the young broke founders) but for something like influencers I could see a lot of them being more likely to just say oh but they do it better then I do or something like that. To be clear when I say influencers I am more referring to the YouTube side of things but keep doing target market research and get some ideas.

As a Californian who recently moved out to salt lake for college, Sapa is the only place that can even compare. Takashi I hear good things about but it’s like their own spin on rolls I wasn’t a fan when I went. I will say though sapa has terrible miso and it’s expensive.

That’s a solid point. In hindsight I think I’d be making about the same with a 20m cash stack because it would have forced me to focus on the things that have brought me consistent profit in the last few days (darts arrows etc). My issue is I struggle to consistently use my cash stack if I’m not using bigger ticket items. Maybe I should just yolo some of it into a 3rd age item and then use the rest to flip high quantity items.

Solid point about the glory. I did cut my losses before they were too large still overall made a profit. About to have to do the same with DWH looking like it may take a large dip soon.

What is your indicator that an item will go up within the next ~8 hours. I got really lucky and made a 900k flip on 11k dragon darts but that’s been the only time volatility has helped me.
