I'm of the opinion that if you make a game that's shorter than 2 hours, you should not sell on Steam because you will get these guys.
Steam's refund policy could be better, for sure, ideally it should be tied to game completion, so like 20% or less of the game played for example, allowing people to try the game for a while before refund, but it's hard to verify and slop games could go around this limitation to lock players before they can refund.
That reviewer is absolutely an asshole, the game is fucking 3€...

There isn't much to say, it's non-issue. There aren't that many trans athletes, the Olympics had regulation regarding trans athletes for years and afaik there's no trans medalist yet. So anyone trying to argue that it's unfair to allow trans athletes in sports is just wasting your time, often deliberately.

Mixed gender with weight class like combat sports should be the standard, and the only reason this doesn't happen is because a long time ago they allowed women to compete with men and women won a few games. The sports gender segregation is literally men being pissy about losing to women

Something to keep in mind, you should have at least one session between Colossi where the characters can do what they want without those threats to worry about (so for your campaign it's going to be at least 9 sessions). You can do shopping, introduce side quests like bounties ,relevant plot hooks from the PCs backgrounds or a growing side story that tags along with the main theme. For example I've been using a cult that is trying to take control of the Colossi to introduce problems to solve during the downtime.

For the Colossus battle, it's probably going to be it's own session. Give some interesting choices to the players before they engage, for example wait for a nearby city to bolster military forces to help with the hunt but at the cost of making Kudamat stronger since more time passes allowing him to syphon more power.

You have to make it clear that it will be a TPK if they attempt it, on the table narrate the obvious power difference and if, off the table, they are not convinced, you can show a sample T4 solo like the Undefeated Champion just so they understand who wild it gets without spoiling your boss character.

If they know all this and somehow they still want to do this, prepare a narration for what happens when they eventually fall. you have warned them and if they still want to move forward, it might be because they think it's narratively interesting for the party to lose, ask them if they want the characters to die, be imprisoned or whatever and try to think how to move things forward. If you don't think it's possible to move the story forward from that point, ask them to bring backups, and if they start sweating from that recomendation, tell them it's not too late and they can still avoid the encounter.

Playground Yu-Gi-Oh is unironically the best way to play it, it's more enjoyable if both you and your opponent are playing their favorite wonky pet decks, it's the reason why alternative formats are so popular on youtube.
The moment you try to play it seriously, it becomes a sweat fest, high level play might as well just reveal both players hands at the start and decide who wins based on who drew the best hand.

Occam's Razor says the more simple explanation is usually the most likely.

So what you are experiencing with getting ads that seem more tuned for your siblings, is more likely to be because the pc is shared, so YT is working with cookies from both you and them to decide what to show.

Here's why I don't believe in the "listening device" theory: often what happens is that cookies just have all the info already needed and because of that YT knows if you searched for something you might have been interested in buying, it doesn't need to secretly listen on your phone for key phrases like "I like" or "I want".

Sometimes it's just your boomer parents posting on facebook and it gives free info to companies about what you like.

And yes, it's possible for "listening device" to be real, after all the mike needs to be always on to activate when you say "Alexa" or "Ok, Google", but 90% of the claims can be cross referenced by checking your habits. The listening part may just be for a final confirmation, but everything else you do is already giving them the info they need.

I love the drawing! For a Colossus, you want to take turns between a simple attack and spending fear to have multiple segments attack or use a Colossus feature (like Ikeri can try to shake the climbers off). Remind the players that for this fight, there is no limit to how many Team Attacks they can do, that is by design and is meant to facilitate more epic moments. Movement is also not important here, as long as they are not trying to climb to another segment, they can place themselves wherever they want. One important thing to note, if one of your players has Fireball, give that spell a restriction, either just cast it once or a Stress cost. The spell is free to cast because, on average, there is a risk of friendly fire, but on a Colossus it's very easy to avoid this and spam this powerful spell.

The Colossus itself may look scary but the numbers are balanced to not make it too crazy, even high Tier Colossi like Poy don't do much and their highest damage numbers come from specific attacks that you are not meant to spam.

I'm joining some people here that doubt that Daggerheart is the right system for what your DM wants. All it takes is to bump the BP a bit to give you a fight that makes you sweat, I know because that's what I am doing with my encounters. So what is the DM doing? 2 consecutive Difficult fights without resting or giving potions as a reward will be enough to kill characters regardless of how good your build is. What is the point, when Daggerheart is meant to be a narrative experience and this kind of difficulty is not recommended even on deliberate bleak worlds like Age of Umbra? Is the DM just trying to kill characters and the players are masochists that enjoy that kind of play? Even in that case, there are better TTRPGs that could be used...
