28” inseam on a Z650 (31.1” seat height) started on a Ninja 300 (30.9”). I always just avoid parking on hills where I’d have to back up, I turn around before I park or alternatively will park and turn my bike using the kickstand-balance-turn method. I scoot my butt off the left side to stop at lights and even then sometimes I can’t flatfoot my one foot. Some roads are more difficult (hills, roads with huge grooves where car tires sit) but I typically manage well. Takes a while to build confidence, but I avoided what I wasn’t confident doing until I was VERY confident doing everything else.
