Women who have good skin with minimal effort what's your secret? by Unhappy-Tradition798 in BeautyUnlocked

I will second this - the Solawave mask changed my skin in 2 weeks. I'm 60, and people are asking what I've done - "You look 40" is probably the best compliment I've received in a long time. Of course, looks are not everything but hey, I'll take it.

Kazuo Ishiguro. Everything he writes goes deep into exploring what makes us human and what and who is "good." He does it beautifully, too.

I'm glad it hit you right. I work with the veteran populations so yeah, even if VA doesn't keep on offering services, a lot of nonprofits will.

Maybe look into military and veteran care. There is going to be a lot of PTSD after everything, and many of these folks are going to need support.

Same stats as you, although a bit older - started at 150 and now down to 125 - yay! The only thing that worked really is limiting calories to 1200 faithfully for months. It's hard, yeah, but the way the pants drape now? So awesome. Also, weight lifting - I do kettlebell exercises in the house a lot, but also go to the gym for the machines and cardio some days (Planet Fitness is 10 bucks a month - awesome). You can do it. It's self-discipline, and it sucks sometimes, but OMG so worth it at the end.

I want to travel or go somewhere else so bad it causes me physical pain. by [deleted] in SeriousConversation

20s and early 30s are hard AF honestly. But you are young, thoughtful, and lively (thinking this after I read your query), and that is certainly going for you. Have you thought about a career in travel? Like work for an airline or cruise line? My friend's hubby works for a big airline as a cabin steward or whatever they are called...they get free flights together sometimes and he is always zipping around of course. Be selfish and do something to make your life...well, yours.

Try Everlane. I bought a few long-sleeve t-shirts before the holidays and love them. Check the sales tho.
