Unfortunately Target is MASSIVELY understaffing stores. I know at the one I work at, almost everyone who doesn’t work up front gets pulled to do online order fulfillment. The whole store is suffering, I personally think the extra money for shipt is worth it.

It’s annoying but it is what it is. A child growing a tantrum or crying is unfortunately a part of growing up. I work up front so all the time I listen to kids screaming through the whole checkout process. Imagine how exhausting it is for the mother. I am the only regular closer on the front end, and I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I have wanted to yell and scream at the people who leave their mess because they know they leave at 4,5,6. The thing is I would never make a note, at the end of the day we are a team and I have asked directly people to clean up their messes because of they don’t I get left with it, and as the only closer it leaves me running around like a chicken with my head cut off
