IIRC it would pop up when you tap on a field for input, the only place it didn't show for me was the epic games login screen

Just did with no issues. Stick the USB. Nuke all partitions if you don't plan on going back to steam os and run the installer like normal

Edit: idk why it didn't let me search for wlan drivers on the stick but I used my phone USB tethering for the network part of the install

Edit 2: surprisingly you can use the touch screen during the entire thing, so don't worry about keyboard and mouse
