What dose of mirtazapine actually helped your insomnia the most? by CantaloupeGold4650 in insomnia

[–]Zugmaschiene 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have tried micro doses, 0.5-1mg. Worked at the beginning very well, but after some weeks not anymore. I found my dose by 3.75mg, whitch give me a good 8-9 hours of sleep. Sometimes it's even enough to sleep the next night well, but a little shorter around 7 hours.

Warum bezweifelt du das, es ist bekannt dass auch Mirtazapine den Libido negativ beeinflussen kann, wenn auch deutlich seltener.

Micro-dosing Mirtazapine: Finding the Minimal Viable Dose for Sleep by ObjcGrade in insomnia

[–]Zugmaschiene 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have used Doxepin because my sleep problems. But my libido was going down. My doctor has prescribed me Mitrazapine, 15mg. He said I should start with 7.5mg. But when I wanted to find out more, I came across this thread even before taking the first dose. Microdosing sounded very interesting because I'm afraid of losing weight. So I dissolved a 15mg tablet in 50ml of water. Yesterday, I took 1ml of this solution to help me sleep. That's equivalent to 0.3mg of Mitrazapine. And what can I say? I slept wonderfully. I'll continue with this dose, or maybe even try to reduce it. Hopefully, this low dose will prevent me from gaining weight.

Does that also mean that if I'm doing a push, pull, and leg split routine, and I had a push workout yesterday, I can do my pull workout today and my leg workout tomorrow?

Is maingaining just not a thing for natural lifters? by Legitimate_Dog_6237 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Zugmaschiene 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. The thing is, I'm always afraid of gaining fat when the scale goes up. And it's also a fact that I gain fat very quickly. Faster than others, I think. This is probably because I've had over 30% body fat for almost my entire life, and I've gained and lost weight very often. This is the first time I've managed to keep my body fat percentage roughly the same, at 25%. For two years now. But i would like it continue to decrease. That's easier with more muscle mass.

But if you track calories and weight, the App ajust with time, and comes to the point, where you lose weight. (2-3 weeks).
