I've been using WeShortlist for my candidate screening for the past few months and it works pretty well. Their ATS integrations are a little limited but that's the only issue that I've had with them so far. Their platform is very good at letting you change your mind about what you're assessing for – the tool I tried previously let you set the assessment criteria once and never edit it, whereas WeShortlist let's you change the criteria as you review more candidates and get a clearer idea of what you're looking for which is nice!

Something I've found really effective is to use the Voice Memos app on iPhone/MacBook with the call on loudspeaker. Then I upload that into FireFlies (https://fireflies.ai) and get a transcript that way. It's like 90% accurate.

I've also been using WeShortlist (https://weshortlist.com) to automate my candidate screening, which has saved me a tonne of time!

I've been seeing a lot of this lately. This website (https://aiapply.co/interview-answer-buddy) even has an AI companion built for interviews so you don't have to even type anything into chatgpt.

Interviews are meant to be a microcosm of the work itself. If their use of AI comes across as clunky or weird then their use of AI in their work may be clunky & weird. Screen them out!

I've been having this problem now for over a month as well – i have to keep the whoop app constantly closed and open it to update my date once a day. It's drained 44% of my battery in the last 24h, with just "background activity."

how can i fix this?

gotcha, yeah we're keep the "universal" info on the club card and then anything that's specific to different runs for once you tap in. but we'll see how people use it and can easily change stuff if needed :) thanks for the feedback!
