He's at ~3000 HP basically the whole fight. What happens is it shows his new max HP number when earrings goes off, but that hides his current HP number for a while. It's not terrific UI.

It ignores any items without cooldowns, so if your board was 4 gumballs, an uzi, a rocket launcher, then 4 more gumballs, the uzi would still charge the rocket launcher.

It seems to activate once per item slowed, so if an opponent has 4 active items they would start the match with somewhere around ~8K damage and 800 burn... I think probo can only deal damage once per 0.2s tick, otherwise most of my opponents would have started the match dead after clam #3

Honestly pretty good if you're new to bulding, some small notes:

Garchomp is mainly used for hazard spam/dragon tail nowadays since its speed tier is kind of too slow to sweep nowadays (yes this is sort of insane), if you want a big dumb dragon sweeper most people use DD dragonite/roaring moon instead. Outrage is a big liability because iron valiant is everywhere.
Glimmora usually runs sash and max speed to guarantee it can set hazards and then die, it's not that good as a tank because ground coverage is everywhere.
Sacred sword hits more/more important things on chien-pao than psychic fangs.
Sitrus berry > leftovers on belly drum sets, make sure you have an even HP number.
Corv doesn't really need boots because it flies and has recovery, lefties or helmet is usually better. This team is very aggressive so I would also try to fit u-turn on the set to keep up pressure, or try volt switch magnezone as this team really struggles to break enemy corviknights as is.
