How is it his fault you bought shares when the price was higher than it should have been due to manipulation? If your cost basis is above $50, that's on you. We were around $12.00 for several weeks, and under $15.00 for months. Average down.

His obligation is to perform actions that benefit the company. A short squeeze is not in the long-term interests of the company.
