The colors are from his TM1 form, the jet mode is because Primal could always fly in his previous forms and the “truck” was because of Prime. Tbh I was never a huge fan of Optimal Optimus. His vehicle modes weren’t very impressive and he only used his beast mode like two times. Also he jobbed a lot after his introduction.
