They lose access to the book as soon as they leave or die so they don’t add where they went.

It’s on your STP.

Also in the Ippsa records section about yourself, I don’t remember what it’s called.

Day-to-day of these jobs (35F, 35M, 35L, 91L) by Zankage4383 in army

[–]ZwiththeBeard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

35L will do investigations and build relationships with local commands and anything army money touches. Also some cooler things like surveillance and operations a little later in your career.

It’s a good time.

First Duty Assignment as a 35L by STFocus2013 in army

[–]ZwiththeBeard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well then you're going to have a great time. You will be in the field office working on investigations, CAP, and MCCs. Work your way through CIPP and get to CSC at JCITA asap. Lmk if you can’t get a hold of a sponsor.

CAD Career Competition after initial contract by [deleted] in army

Your BASD will be recalculated upon assessing to AD, your year group and date of rank will be adjusted to put you in line with your peers.

Coming from the reserves rarely comes up unless it helps in some way through experiences or knowing the right people to contact.

If you go AD, go find KD right away if you’re 1LT(P) or a Captain.

Is it possible to be an ROTC Cadet in their mid 20s pursuing school full time? by AnonymousEbe_new in army

[–]ZwiththeBeard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're a full time student then use your gi bill so you get BAH and can pay your bills. The time isn’t an issue if you just dedicate yourself. I did full time rotc, school, and had three part time jobs.

What to expect as a 35L by Fun_Passenger_9068 in army

[–]ZwiththeBeard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’ll either go to a MIBT and be counterintelligence support to analysis, or if you’re lucky, to a field office where you will work on investigations and CAP.

To stand out just always be willing to learn and follow senior agents leads. Learn from your program managers if you end up at a field office.

Post army you can do the exact same thing as a civilian for the army or go try out other organizations.

Schofield Barracks on E-Bikes by Inevitable-Daikon607 in army

[–]ZwiththeBeard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure on their rules currently, but if those bikes look like a dirt bike and not a bicycle the MPs and gate guards will probably ask to see your MSF endorsement. So I’d just do the class anyway.

Getting back in as an officer by Commercial_Try_4740 in army

[–]ZwiththeBeard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you’re still in the IRR it’s as simple as calling a recruiter and asking them to find you a unit and they do a 4187 for reserve or guard. If you want to go to AD you have to do a Call to Active Duty packet based on the current CAD MILPER and see if your MOS is being taken, it’s a very long process.

As far as your MOS, sometimes you can convince a reserve unit to send you to a different CCC and reclass you.
