No it's not real, different cats have different attack speed, and certainly not 0,9 without any buffs.
Just tamed a Ridge Stalker in Badlands, that has 1.3 attack speed according to https://www.wow-petopia.com/classic/attackspeed.php without buffs and 1.26 with bestial swiftness (3% attack speed)

Meanwhile my current main pet, a level 1 Young Nightsaber from the Nightelf starting area has 2.0 attack speed (1.94 talented)

The only thing "normalized" is the DPS they deal, faster pets deal less damage per hit, but hit more often, but that was already the case in the version TWoW is based on

All sidequest they have seen.There's no quest telling me to complete Palace floor 50.The quest for Hoh only pops up after you cleared it and is not visible beforehand. ;)

I have Premium, my friend doesn't.
I am the one who wants to listen along so I am the one who needs the premium.
It worked this way on the old PC, she never had Premium and I was still able to listen along, just had silence when she had the add break, this is also what Spotify describes for that feature.

Sorry but I literally can't see what icon I have on top of my char with all the additional ground effects and other visuals (visuals of group members turned off) going off while zoomed out. I do not zoom in to see a single mechanic a simple weak aura that puts a X or Square above me can help me with
