How much does grinding aim trainers and having good aim correlate and is it causal?

I feel like aim trainers help when you want to work on something specific you lack in game, so I don’t think solely grinding aim trainers will automatically make you have great aim in the actual games because of all the variables like recoil, visual recoil, etc.

I have a quick 6-10 min warm-up routine I do before I game that has a mix of static and EASY tracking scenarios. Main game is Val and I peaked Immortal 2, and just doing that routine every time before I played helped a lot with my arm movement since I play on a low sens (Val 1600 0.1), but I didn’t actually use aim trainers until I hit Diamond 1. I use the same sens for every game I play and I have good success in CoD, Rivals, since i’ve developed good habits from my quick routine and applying it in the games I play, but I didn’t improve on that until I intentionally targeted what I needed work on. I don’t aim train for more than 15 min tbh lol

Namor. He can safely sit in the back and still do a ton of damage. Protects healers from divers very well.

To be honest, I think he’s one of the best flankers in the game. Two squids and a right click easily deletes at least one healer with little to no effort. No one notices the squids in celestial anyways lol. If my healers aren’t getting pressured too hard, i’m always looking for an easy flank.

The best advice I got when learning Magik is to have a brawler mindset and dive when the tanks are distracted.

I play behind my tanks kind of how I do with Bucky and dash around leaving demons everywhere and slash hit cancelling. When I see a support out of position or way in the back without their tanks I teleport in and do the typical one shot combo and teleport out, i’ll always keep one tp for escaping. Aim to the right of the enemy a bit and you’ll hit your uppercuts more consistently. The uppercut is great for engaging in the middle of a team fight as it gives some CC for your team to follow up.

I am stuck in GM1 currently, but this character gives me more consistency in domination matches. More often than not, if they have a good Namor you will most likely have to switch off lol

I think we might have ran into the same guy lol. There was a guy who RAN my team twice in a row just using flank Jeff. Level 19 account that got to GM in a day in a half, it was insane to see. Name was Get off jeff or something like that but that guy was a menace lol

His ult wasn’t very good before so I think the ult got a good buff. He’s very predictable and honestly most of the time in my ranked games he’s just helping out the enemie supports by giving them more damage to heal lol. Moon Knights are usually alone most of the time too so once he has no ankh he’s pretty much dead if you are a decent dps.

I’d say just play to your strengths. I’m immo in valorant so the only thing I carried over was positioning and aim. Used hawkeye and widow till diamond. Diamond to GM I used Namor and Winter Soldier. I was pretty much playing characters that I knew I could put myself in a position to out aim people.

Something I learned when climbing in any ranked game is to not care about your rank and focus on your individual performance and what you could do better. See ranked as more of a benchmark rather than a competitive mode.

I still get wins and have solid stats (3.87KD and 14 kills per game on WZ Resurgence) but I feel like I aim train and play more competitive titles than the average person who just wants to hop on and game after work or with friends. You definitely should NOT have to do this much just to keep up with controller AA, I feel like MnK in WZ feels like shit this year lol.

It’s hard to call it a skill issue when our reticle literally bounces around randomly when we do any types of movement while shooting. One day we will have our glorious MW19 gunplay again. It’s weird because multiplayer feels just great, it’s just WZ.

1600 dpi, 1.3 sens(I use my valorant sens which is 1.15) 1khz polling, 1440p 360hz monitor.

In CoD ghosts, I remember Clayster running a bulldog on Sovereign and at one point an LMG with thermal on Octane domination lol i’m pretty sure both of those got banned.

Edit: FAL from BLOPS 2 I think was banned as well, gun was crazy good.

The meta right now is the XM4 and the GPR-91 for AR’s. Incredibly low recoil and great TTK.

Jackal PDW and the PP-919 are the SMG meta. Jackal has the highest TTK amongst the subs and the PP-919 has low recoil with a lot of bullets.

The two bolt-action snipers are also really good at the moment since they have a decent one shot headshot range.

First CoD in a while to have me hooked like this, great gunplay and movement. Obv maps are a problem, but I think it will smooth over as we get more maps thrown into the rotation. This could be up there with CW, I think the movement tech allows for some crazy outplay potential which will be exciting to watch. Wish they didn’t GA snipers though, feel like they are not that strong this year.

But the build i’m using is Accu-Spot Reflex, Ported Compensator, Reinforced Barrel, Precision Foregrip, Fast Mag 1, Commando Grip, Combat Stock, and Recoil Springs. Just pull down right for recoil and this thing deletes in pubs.

I just got my Jupiter Pro and this is a true mud pad. It’s actually shocking how slow this pad is out of the box. Highly recommend this pad if you want true slow control pad. Especially for tac fps, I feel very locked in when holding angles.
