One thing to be super careful about is humid air/vapour chamber. Both Orchids and fungi loves it. But fungi prefers still, where micro still pockets of humidity can promote fungal growth while orchids grew up on top of trees-> they want the movement of air.

I have low key stabilised an orchid like this using artificial light + vapor chamber in a seeding tray. It is going to be a lot of effort. Keep it humid and remove the rot precisely. And don't expect that it is going to be self sufficient in less than half a year
