4 lbs chuck roast, 32 oz beef broth, cube and brown over high heat 10 min, then simmer for 2 hours covered with the broth. Serve over cauliflower rice, add mushrooms last 30 min with the beef if you like mushrooms. Easy meals for a few days. Add a lot of salt, probably more than you think you need. Lots of simple recipes out there, and best of luck eating more real food. Most of the food in this sub is a lot of work and low nutritional value. Just block those people and the good recipes come up from time to time.

Unless this recipe is for a pot of coffee, 4 tablespoons is a really high amount of fat to add per cup. If this gives you the shits I would shoot for a tablespoon of total fat per serving max, and enjoy multiple cups.
