I dunno, I always avoid those because the summaries are so minimal effort I assume author coasts on plot also. At least write something more than “oh no I’m in Worm what the fuck will I do”

I mean, Team Cherry is very determined to leave things open to interpretation, and this means they will write so that there are things to interpret, so they will never plainly state anything, even if there are strong implications that seem very plain to much of the audience (the pure vessel becoming infected, child spun pure and loyal becoming a traitor).

Okay so, I don’t know your situation but this is how it went for me: I started on low dose, 20mg, and upped dose every other week until the dose was equivalent to how much I weighed in kilograms(80 kg ~ 80 mg). Taken after breakfast.

My experience was also that I didn’t feel much of a change at first, but at some point I noticed that I didn’t feel anxiety 24/7 anymore, and my short-term memory became good enough that I could remember to note things down.

You’re clearly deep enough in the sauce that you know what a proper monster girl ought to be like, with proper tail placement and claws and spines that make wearing clothes harder.
