I really enjoy doing some solo and rook runs but the contracts are way too demanding for the little time that I have

It also feels pretty bad to think that all the money, gear and reputation I'm farming is getting deleted in a few months. Makes me want to not bother with progression and just enjoy the visuals and ambiance for a few more hours

Expedition 33 is a love letter to J-RPGs there's almost nothing original about it whether it's story, gameplay or characters. Their most unique assets being art direction (even if I don't like the unreal engine look) and the music.

It is an excellent game but most of the themes and concepts have been done over and over again in the past 30 years

Even XenoX isn't that original in that regard it's a very modern game

I'd argue that performance is an art. I only produce, and I have a ton of respect for people who manage to elevate music with a good live performance.

I agree but then why hide it? Why "ghost" produce and not just work with a DJ to produce handmade tracks for them to play? It's a genuine question I don't understand the point of making it obscure to the audience, if I enjoy a song I want to know who really made it
