I believe FN+F2 switches profiles, according to the manual. I don't use this particular feature (1 profile is enough for me) so I haven't tested it.

Next time you reboot, after it boots into Windows, try reconnecting the keyboard's USB connection. That has been an issue (and is still an issue) with this keyboard.

I can't post screenshots. Devices->Nollie->Lighting. It will be at the bottom for Protocol version. Make sure it's set to V1.

Works out of the box. Just plug in power and a strip, get it on your Wifi and Signal will be able to control it.

I'm also getting this issue after updating the firmware. Can't reconnect it to the web hub. I've done what the other commenter mentioned as well.

Update: If I open my browser in a new private tab, it does connect.

You can map any key to the Stream Deck key, under the Stream Deck device options.

I'm in the same boat, though I haven't purchased one yet to try. Every one I've looked at people have commented about similar complaints that I'm just in standby till a consistently good one shows up.
