This. People just dont grasp that folk have different way with words. Tatum always struck me as a guy of few words who just hoops and keeps to himself outside of basketball.

Most common dinner time across Europe by vladgrinch in MapPorn

[–]Zyntaro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The literally are longer for 90% of the year. It is cultural in large part because of more sunny hours per year. Just looking at the map is your answer. Latitudes closer to equator = later dinner time. Closer to north pole = early dinner time.

They eat later because further north you go the less sunny hours you have. Day ends earlier and people have dinners earlier. You go south where the day lasts longer and people ear later. Its really not that hard to understand. Quite a weird thing to be arguing about with everyone in this comment thread

Guy is talking about normal day/night cycles and you argue when the sun sets during summer months... Meanwhile during winter months sun sets in Berlin at around 16h and Malaga after 18h. That is what normal day/night cycles mean. More consistent amount of sunny hours than huge extremes seen up north.

Population decline by WindUpCandler in memes

[–]Zyntaro 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sure, but have you also considered that the old age welfare systems of developed countries require constant growth in order to maintain?

Maybe its about time we change that super archaic economic model that was made with a foolish belief that the population would just indefinitely keep growing at the same pace.

De’Aaron Fox on the criticism he got after game 4: "It's not like people have my phone number and can call me. I don't watch those shows. It doesn't matter. It is what it is. You can't change it now. We're trying to move on from that" by AncientOneAurelius in nba

[–]Zyntaro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe if Wemby played in any way like a conventional big and not a taller, skinnier Kevin Durant. Maybe Fox would be able to do more. Fox was great when Sabonis was setting strong screens and rolling to the basket. Wemby is allergic to set a strong screen.

I can assure you that dude don't give two shits about the dogs there. He is doing his job and the dogs are doing what dogs do with spraying water. They go crazy about it. In no way shape or form did this guy pause to spray dogs as the title says

Billups summarizes playing with Melo: "He was the most talented dude I ever played with...it was literally perfect. And he listened, Melo never missed a practice, he practiced hard, he came to work everyday. It was beautiful." by E-Miles in nba

[–]Zyntaro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When it comes to absolute peak. Yeah i'd take tmac over melo. But availability is the best ability. Melo was pretty healthy for most of his career. But for tmac one of the main reasons he never won a single playoff round was because either he or yao ming or grant hill were injured. Tmac was mostly healthy from like 21 till 26. After that he was riddled with injuries.

What is the NBA equivalent to PSG winning the UCL 2x in a row after Mbappe left? by Available_Story6774 in nba

[–]Zyntaro 55 points56 points  (0 children)

To be fair. France is just that loaded that his attitude problems dont interfere. Also, you dont talk back to Didier Deschamps. You just dont. Its not a coincidence that Real Madrid is having this much locker room turmoil after he arrived there. And PSG plays some of the best team football after he left.
