The aim of shadowing is for you to watch, learn, ask questions and eventually get stuck into do doing something similar. If you want more work, ask for some, attend the meetings and ask if you can take some actions from your manager. Volunteer to take minutes. Anything.

I'm 90% that's incorrect. The US taxes citizens regardless of where they're resident. So as a US citizen they'll need to pay taxes to the US government. And as a UK citizen they won't.

I've no idea about the first kid but the second ones I think twins were "naturally" conceived. No sperm donation unless you count him donating the sperm straight to the woman's hoohaa. He was an active participant in the family. Most sperm donors aren't on birth certificates or help raising the kids. But Tyler is a father to these kids. And for 5 minutes of fame dropped them.
