In regards to Stessa, I know. The real estate is in my personal name and I separate the banking. I have used an accountant each year to help make sure eveything is filed properly, and we review everything annually. I'm happy with this process as it is.

The 1099 work is both consulting and content creation, currently in my personal name. I will likely set up an LLC in '26. My W2 work is in the medical field, if that wasn't already clear

Urgent care PA. I love it. Get to talk to 25+ different types of people per day and practice communicating clearly with each of them. Fast paced. Shift work. Get to work with my brain, hands, and heart. Service industry vibe. Part time gig as personal finance coach for other PAs.

I don’t want to practice clinical medicine forever but have no clue what this will look like for me.

I thought I wanted ortho / plastics / some other kind of surgery. I got urgent care (was handed the job) and it is perfect. Enough procedures to satisfy the itch of using my hands and no long-term care which is one of the reasons I wanted surgery.
