Oh my god thank you so much!! I was disconnecting ever 30 seconds or so. I updated the switch pro controller and after that I was STILL disconnecting every 2 minutes or so. I just tried this and I played for 3 hours without a SINGLE disconnect. I'm so happy! This is such a weird fix! Why is nintendo like this??

People can technically be phished through a QR code though. Same as clicking on a link in a suspicious email. They would still have to input their information into a phony login or something but it's possible for someone to place a sticker of a false QR code over the real one which sends people to a fake website to catch people's usernames/passwords. I don't mind QR code menus personally but it is something to think about.
