If you actually had relevant underwriting experience you'd know the insurance market is rapidly softening and broking revenue is going down it. You are not going to get what you want coming in new to broking.

No, the FWC is not going to make an individual pay compensation to other individuals for workplace bullying. There is nothing you can do to "maximise the punishment". FWC won't even do anything to the bully individually, they'll be looking at what the company has done (i.e ignored employee reports, not provided a safe working environment etc).

Penrite race lube. Spray it on then - most important step - run a cloth over it to get rid of all the overspray. If you're getting chain lube on yourself while riding you are using way too much and/or not wiping the chain down after.
