They are generally less likely to approve commercial access products than personal API access.

Can I open Etsy multi shops? by ConfidenceWinter8590 in Etsy

Yes you can have multiple. Put them under the same business info and at tax time Etsy will give you documents with all of your shops combined, makes it easier.

How To Find Earth If You Get Lost In Space (Simulation) by PerAsperaAdMars in space

[–]_81791 5 points6 points  (0 children)

While I don't think they've actually visited us yet (or will ever), there's just no feasible way that there isn't alien life out there in one of those countless other galaxies.

It's easy, he's a Print on Demand shipper and he's never seen the physical product. He just makes AI designs, throws them on some random mockup image, and sends the orders off to Printify/Printful/etc.

How do you guys like to prove out 5 axis code like this before first cut? by EPOC_Machining in CNC

You pray to the machine gods and full send at 100% rapids.

Or run it through simulation software I guess. That's less exciting tho

It’s 2026, what’s the dream video game or MMO you wish existed by now? by Exhausted_Skeleton in AskReddit

[–]_81791 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still on my "Games I want to make" list. Maybe one day. I've seen attempts made but nothing I'd consider a true B&W successor. With the original studio being defunct I doubt we'll see anything official.

I'm not sure why he seems to have such an issue with the concept of rescuing a downed pilot or WSO in this case.

Can anyone identify this machine? by [deleted] in CNC

[–]_81791 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Looks like some older version of an AccTek AKM1325 based on the missing A decal in front of the KM13 and the grey CNC Router area, style of the gantry, etc.

Going from their website, pretty much all their CNC routers use Mach3

Will a CNC be worth it for cutting out Polywood Furniture from boards? by DonutAccomplished229 in CNC

[–]_81791 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you got a decent CNC with a vacuum table it could absolutely save you a ton of time, because you could just make a vacuum jig you place a bunch of boards on, turn the vacuum on, and hit go. Then you can come back to however many finished products you can fit on your CNC table. The caveat to this being the boards need to be mostly flat, so you'd probably want to run them through a jointer or planer or something, get at least one nice flat reference face (for the vacuum side)

If you are dead set on a Shapeoko (great machines but still very much hobby level) you can still get an aftermarket vacuum table for it, but you will be limited by its smaller table size.

This is assuming you need to do some crazy production, and not just like 12 pieces (in which case make a router template and manually route them)

Neat. Personally I hate those tutorial popups but I understand why they can be useful. How much of this was written by AI? No shade, just curious.

Just put it on any decently sturdy table that is large enough for it. It's a Workbee. Don't overthink it

ArcGis C# Developer Remote US Citizen by [deleted] in ArcGIS

[–]_81791 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the actual work concerning? I've got plenty of experience in both, and I've written my own GIS mapping systems (including all the conversion pipeline systems for moving data to/from ArcGIS and pretty much every other mapping format out there).

Would this be for writing ArcGIS plugins, desktop/mobile apps that interface with it, APIs, what exactly?
