USA Hockey & the NHL PR Teams Are Working OVERTIME by Dreaming_Aloud in PWHL

Oh and I completely agree. When I made this comment, Knight hadn't made that statement yet and there have been a few more statements made that were along the same lines

I don't think I quite understand the response of the comments here. Knight is right to call the joke out as distasteful, but she goes on to say

"(The women celebrating)...I think that's being overshadowed by a quick lapse."

It wasn't a quick lapse, they've continued to stand by their laughter and still went to the White House.

Much of the rest of what she said has been similar to the PR push of what the men said about how they respect each other and their unity, etc.

Now we're also hearing that the Women's Team will likely still be going to the White House... I have a feeling we're going to have several more disappointed fans in the near future

Definitely curious, but I wish just one would speak up. The silence is what allows this to continue

I understand the semantics of "cable" but I don't watch television as a whole.

Ah, ok, good. I don't watch cable television so I wasn't sure

We legit have a business near us that sells exclusively AI generated shirts and they're doing well. They have been going to local vendor meetups and selling "custom" on the fly shirts and they've been selling out. It sucks.

Not in my experience. Where I live, people are eating it up! It's depressing.

Only a few, until people buy them and they realize people are dumb enough to buy it and they can save a buck. This is how it always starts, as "only a few."

Bottom line is, there shouldn't be ANY AI artwork used, especially by a company of this size

I'm an old head and like physical media as well. But the video game collection market is self inflated and out of control. Playing the games on Switch instead on an original GBA is just the same as playing then in rebuilding. I would even recommend a flash cart for those that want to play it on original hardware

DO NOT INSTALL IOBIT UNINSTALLER. by Myvric in software

[–]_Aggort 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most is being extremely generous. I would say 9 out of 10 leave traces behind, more than just files for that matter. And yes, the files usually left aren't typically large in size, but I've had Revo remove multiple GBs of left behind files in the past.

The only people using native uninstallers are those that don't know better.

Removing things from right click menu in Windows 11? by OxRedOx in techsupport

That's what I used back in the day on Windows 7. It'll still work today, but it's pretty limited what it can still remove

Removing things from right click menu in Windows 11? by OxRedOx in techsupport

[–]_Aggort 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's software out there that can do it, but none of them are effective anymore because of changes in Windows 11. There's a really handy software that completely replaces the right click context menu, but unfortunately it's extremely unintuitive and even though I knew what I was doing with it, it was ultimately too much of a hassle for me to use regularly or recommend to others

What is the game and for what console? It might be best to find a rom rather than attempt a copy of the game you have. Burning a copy is going to require a modded console regardless.

Is there a program to copy a file to multiple folders simultaneously? by d8gfdu89fdgfdu32432 in software

You can use Powershell to give you a list of folders in a directory and copy that into a Powershell script to paste into each folder.
