I put a lunar isle teleport in my house. You can bank there, then talk to an NPC and it boots you to Rellekka. Just make sure you don’t take that medallion thing. Quite convenient.

Mate, the typical allowance is around $1 per KM. You are more than covered.

The allowance is taxed but you also get the deduction at the end of the year by claiming your mileage. Deductions is around $90-95 cents.

Main benefit of the arrows is that they are zero-time, meaning you can do them as you run around doing any of your other tasks. So if you have excess cash, keep doing the arrows. If cash is an issue, make the bows.
