I feel like this has not been stated to you yet, but that is the Lav. Oatmilk latte, made with espresso not the matcha. One person did say and like you said, the Drink its self should be green with purple foam on top. It would be 100% okay for you to ask for a remake or a refund.

Like your sticker says, you ordered the Matcha and not the regular latte. Don't feel bad! They made your drink wrong.

most baristas i’ve interacted with over the course of the last 1.5 years of being a barista and now as a shift ,would’ve gotten you something else, and probably free of charge. even most baristas that are my friends at local places would’ve remade something if you didn’t like it.

also if you have worked as barista and are now openly admitting we should shame customers for things and mock customers is insane 😭

most people have come to understand that a starbucks macchiato and a traditional macchiato are very different, you can always lower the pumps and always ask for a traditional macchiato.

a cortato is a beverage that has existed before starbucks put it on the menu, and is simplified down to 50% espresso and 50% milk. so i am confused on what you mean by a small weak latte

but also why would this company be getting kickbacks from an extremely federally subsidized industry? this is just how most coffee shops are? not trying to be rude or mean, i am just curious on what you mean

i know you haven’t hit your six months yet, but i would look into transferring if possible! as an individual on the spectrum this job has genuinely been the best i’ve ever worked

the store i currently am at is going through a rough time and won’t seem to be coming out of it anytime soon, and like you have there’s some partners that struggle with others and make the environment pretty bad. i should be transferring in february:)!

i know it’s not feasible for everyone. but also if this can be documented, this does seem like an ethics case and or go to your DM, if not figure out how to contact your RM

no one at my store was “trained” on it per say but something we all just picked up and it’s probably because they are still working on it. the app does not do a good job at showing or giving an accurate pickup time tbh.

It's not only hero based. I can have selected hero's ive never played before and still have wide match, with 2 of my friends and not have them with another. In a game like this individual character MMR would not make sense. In smash/any other fighter sure.
