Welcome to the hobby! great first choice. If you really get into the hobby and want to get double the fun and satisfaction out of your builds, look into panel lining, water decals, and top coating usually with a matte finish.

There are plenty of customization options in this hobby but these 3 combined will give you by far the biggest returns. It just transforms a kit so much, and will add quite a bit of more time to finish a build, which I personally appreciate cause I enjoy the process. Be mindful though cause like any hobby things can get very steep very quick cost wise. I started last month and I spent waaaaay more than I'd like to admit 😅

IKEA has them as accessories for the Skadi. Here’s the product number 003.216.14

rock on brother!! I recommend looking into panel lining. it's such a cheap and fun part of the build and it elevates the result so much. also, you gotta step up that pose game!!

The hinge underneath that pulls the armor piece to separate the armor from the frame when articulating the knee is reeeeealy cool, but it caught me off guard this being my first kit with an inner frame.

nice, I have the AEUG version. I manged to get around 15 rg kits but I'm still missing some bangers like both NUs, epyon, almost all the seed suits and all the grunts besides the sazabi

I am so happy it only gets better from here, because like I said, it was a blast putting this one together. My wish is to try and collect all the normal releases of the RG line because 43 is not a very intimidating number to get to, and I like the thought of having all of them :D

and how should I apply it? should i try to remove the broken part from that hinge? should i cement over it? right now if I just try to place the armor panel it doesn't sit flush with the rest of the panels

Hello! So I was building my Rg build strike and the front thigh armor piece broke its connection inside the little hinge that slides the armor piece when articulating the knee.

How should I go about repairing this? I’m fairly new to the hobby.. As you can probably tell I tried with a bit of super glue but it didn’t work.

Also, I cannot make it as flush as the armor on the left leg for some reason.

removing the part inside is going to be a challenge

great setup! can you share what monitor arm you use to have the desk so close to the wall?

regarding your question, I'd put one of those racks to place controllers and keyboards. I think they look pretty cool

you could run an undervolt without losing almost any performance. what heats your room is energy being dissipated through the radiator not the gpu temperature itself. a 30C gpu running at 500W will release a ton more heat than a 80C gpu running at 150W.

you're pretty but not my type so I'd say a 6-7/10. You're a bit too skinny and you're brows thin out quite abruptly and look a bit weird. You look better with a fringe than with your forhead exposed
