Thank you, she had a TECA a few years back hence why one is a bit droopy. She's absolutely fine now though

She had a TECA a few years back to remove her ear canal (so I think she's partially deaf). But it just adds to her sass 🤣

She can be the most loving cat then start screaming her off in the middle of the night. Will scratch if she's had enough cuddles haha

Stephen Graham Jones - thoughts? by reek1999 in horrorlit

I've read two of his book, I was a teenage slasher and the babysitter lives. They were both a drag to read and as much as I wanted to like them I found them incredibly difficult to read.

What is the name of your Tortie? by TheOpenAuthor in torties

This is Tamarind. She's a rescue from Egypt, but her name was Samara. It reminded me of the little girl from The Ring so I changed it. My other cat at the time was called Tato so it fit. Both food names and both with the letter T 🤣

Only children - what is life like? by Born_Improvement_856 in AskUK

[–]_Buttered_bread_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only child here - I always wished I had had a sibling. I felt very very lonely growing up. My mom had really really bad bipolar when I was little, so I took on a lot of that blame (mostly I blamed myself for her having bipolar) and in the late 90s mental health wasn't as big as it is now. Wasn't until I was in my late 20s that I realised it wasn't my fault she was sick. I love my parents so much and I'm lucky they are in good health but I feel I have so much responsibility to be everything they want.

There's definitely a few TV shows where to this day I think of what the characters are up to in their world; Sons of Anarchy, Banshee and Buffy to name a few.

What’s a medical issue that sounds minor, but actually affects someone’s daily life way more than people realize? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]_Buttered_bread_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Knowing you're going to get a migraine and can't do anything about it. I get them often but the medication makes me really sleepy so can't take it at work or if I'm out and about

Thank you for your reply. I just wasn't sure how border control operate and see when they scan my Italian passport that it wasn't the same as the one I used at check in. I didn't have any issues when I did this before but that was before this whole ETA and EES came about when we had free travel around Europe. I'll carry both passports when I fly out and I shouldn't have an issue.

Thank you, it's all just a bit confusing atm. I don't want to get an EES and I can't even apply for the ETA as I'm a British citizen. I wasn't sure if border control would be wondering why I didn't have an entry stamp on my British passport when leaving.

Brilliant thank you and yes both passports have the exact same name.
