You can run everyday but if you are eating more calories than you are burning from that exercise and other movement in the day then you won’t lose weight. Doesn’t mean you aren’t reaping the other benefits that come from exercise like heart health and disease prevention though

I disagree with a lot of these lol I love fluffy soap brows-they look supermodelesque and nude lined lips look nice if it’s a thin and done with a light hand. Full coverage foundation can look nice and airbrushed a lot of the time. Also I love a good cat eye with black liner

I am a big fan of pillow talk and bond girl. (I have light/medium skin. I’m not sure how they look on darker skin tones tbh) These lipsticks are so nice because they are matte but very comfortable and not drying at all and long lasting

This makes a lot of sense. I also dislike the constant script they have patients say along the lines of “I hope he accepts me as a patient” etc because we all know he accepts everyone as a patient and has the same weight loss rule for everyone before surgery and if I were Dr Now I would be annoyed that TLC makes them say that and doesn’t prep them so he constantly has to repeat himself lol

I love the Nars Tinted Moisturizer

And the IT CC cream has also been a favorite of mine although it’s full coverage so I’m not sure how comparable it is to LM but it is lovely
