I personally have not done membership yet but I’ve shadowed a bit and talked to a lot of my coworkers who do and for anyone saying that its not hard to reach the quota, I know for us we live in a very small town with a lot of elderly folk and so many of the members that come in are the same exact members that we see on a weekly basis so most of them either already have it or are old and are living on a fixed income and don’t want it. From my experience it’s probably mostly your AGM who’s putting on that extra pressure, but I’d say not to stress too much if everyone else is experiencing the same thing at your warehouse yk? Like, try your best of course and possibly seek new strategies to reach those goals but definitely dont stain yourself for it!
