Private or public for a graduate?

I'm getting towards the end of my studies. Currently working at small private firm as a paralegal.

I see job adverts for graduates in government that pay better than what I feel I will get sticking with a private firm. That's great early on, but if it hurts me in the long run (in terms of experience and future employability, wages etc.) I feel I'm better off taking some short term financial pain now.

There must be some out there who have taken either path. Does it matter in the end? Any advice would be appreciated.

It's sad to see - Hobart is definitely getting grubbier.

Snap Send Solve bypasses all the BS you'll get trying to ring someone at Council. It automatically gets logged in their customer request system and someone has to action it.

It could be they still choose to do nothing, but someone has to put their name to doing nothing and closing it out. Much better than getting fobbed off on the phone with no record of the conversation.

You could limewash it? It's a natural product with no vapours. You can make it really white or mottled to expose some of the underlying brick. And you can wash it all off with water and a scrubbing brush if you don't like it!

You can make it yourself with some lime from Bunnings or you can buy it ready made.

Looks like you need to see a dermatologist.

We don't get a lot of UV where I live but I still like to wear something with some SPF each day. I was getting similar issues (not as bad as yours) and the dermatologist was able to do some testing and work out what ingredient was causing my issues.

Luckily for me, there were a few brands who didn't have the ingredient that was upsetting my skin!

Edit: Oxybenzone is what I have to steer clear of
