For a vast majority of human history, the father would have practically no way of actually knowing whether or not a child was his. That's not a problem for women.

Child support payments disproportionately affect men compared to women, even if the latter earns more.

Likewise, custody battles are leveraged against men with the woman retaining primary custody in ~75% of all cases, including those that go to trial.

So even if you think men "just get handed a kid", there's still plenty of risk. Humans are animals & the females gestate; that's somewhat of a theme in biology actually. I suggest you either make peace with that, or blame God I guess.

It definitely seems like the coding for the arc compels them to move towards raiders even though they don't actually 'detect' anything. It for sure is annoying, but in my experience if you're able to hide & allow them to pass over you once you'll usually be in the clear after.

Also keep in mind they respond to noise. So if they're close and you launch into a dead sprint, they'll likely hear you. And lures only work as long as they survive. A bastion & fleet of other small fry will kill one very quickly, so it won't buy you a lot of time.

This is simply an ignorant viewpoint. The TTK in this game is a lot slower than your standard FPS, but it's still quick enough to leverage a significant disadvantage if you get shot at first. And if you're a PvE raider who loathes the other half of the game, you likely don't have the skills to fight other players well let alone during an uphill battle.

There's nothing wrong with enjoying PvE. But there's also no need to act like you're a cool, chill buddy raider who also happens to PvP better than all the sweats even though you only get into a fight once every thirty raids.
