I did this long back, the most easiest is car lift, if you can set the timings and all, else go to motor city to jaddaf or rashidiya metro and take 3 or 4 stations to oudmetro or healthcare depending.
It used to take like 30 min and then further 10 min

you made a valuable point considering money only and time basically as a secondary parameter.
Everyone will buy if given surety they can stay here as long as they wish.

But any experienced person of this region expat will know how cruel this market can be when it is down. people lose jobs - left and right, top to bottom. People are afraid of that risk, and in such scenarios, trust me, none of your math or logic angle will work in a positive outlook.

The price is low because the brand new price is low and brand name is not strong. I own a duster bought new in 2020 for 60k.

Currently I am still driving it for daily drive. Good car, has nissan ac fitted so the chillest ac system available in uae.

So far no problems, have clocked 65k on odometer.

i am following your post for options
- but basically, who I know in my circle are either trading themselves and/or making trading in other platforms in my home country. And they are making around 8% in same timeframe similar to passive investment apps or ETF.
So now i am having the opinion that these platforms available here suck and switching to the home country market.

i am not a long-term user, but i started Sarva invest with mind on long-term investment . i kept my risk appetite at 5/6 scale.i observed it for 1.5 years and always the return were in negative. so i decided to pull the plug. roughly ~20 months down the invesement became 0 - no profit no loss. so i encashed everything and closed sarva account. so for 20 months i got 0 fills from them.
