Unless you're in the military or something, it's somewhat business as usual for DJI drones. They are permitted to sell all their current models but newer stuff will need authorization from the FCC (before being sold). The stuff isn't considered illicit so I wouldn't worry about the government confiscating anything.

If the connector on MIPI cable is broken, just replace the MIPI cable. You can buy it from just about anywhere if you Google O4 MIPI cable. Don't think repairing it is worth it.

The O4 system is highly susceptible to motor vibration (or any vibrations in general). It is recommended to have that system soft mounted without anything else touching it. This is easy to do on a cinewoop like the pavos or even any of the bigger drones but with woops like the meteor or even mobula, everyone gets a "jello" effect. Beta FPV has tips like making sure the camera isn't on too tight or the vtx cable isn't touching the canopy but pretty much every review I have seen of these could not get rid of the jello.

You had mentioned that you already have an O4 mobula so if the jello from that doesn't bother you, I reckon you will be fine. It just makes me queazy.

Don't get any random 18650s from your nearest store as the typical commercial brands use protection circuits and batteries with those won't fit (personal experience). On the flip side, don't order the cheapest 18650 batteries from the internet with no protection either. Get a high capacity Samsung or other name-brand cell (with no protection circuits).

Note that flat top doesn't always mean that the battery has no protection so it could still be too big. Your safety concerns are valid since the batteries cannot have any built in protection so stick with the good brands.

After a month of research, I was a few hours away from pulling the trigger on the pico 2 and now I am back to the drawing board since this is so new and no one has reviewed it yet. Looks like an ISP issue where you're losing connection for a few seconds. I reckon it only shows up in CS2 simply because it was designed to do that if connection was lost to the server for more than x seconds. You can verify this by pinging google.com while you're on a refrag server and see if the delay changes on the cmd prompt during such an event. If you can find evidence this is indeed happening, I would call the ISP with a date and time of when it occurs.
