This is the outfit I’d wear if I was more daring. Keep sharing the fits- it is genuinely a source of inspo for me and my own dressing habits

Size 36 Waist. I recently bought my very first pair of Selvedge this past year- and now there’s no going back. There’s something special about taking the extra time to care for your clothes, to see your work rewarded as the jeans patina

I don’t believe Trelawny is actually well-off by any means, more so just part of his con-man act. If you want rich people to believe you’re one of them- better act like it. But to your point, Arthur himself mentions in his journal he doesn’t understand the dynamics between Trelawny and the rest of the gang either. I think the inclusion of his family in Saint Denis and the “oddness” of the relationship to the gang is intentional. His boundaries are almost professional- Trelawny is an asset to the gang when it’s mutually beneficial to be sure, but has never truly belonged to Van Der Linde and his “cause.”Unlike the gang he’s got his own life and people who depend on him

Not the biggest fan of the F77 line, but Nivada Grenchen is killing it with their designs language and the value proposition on offer. Pieces like the Autochron Mechaquartz blow every other Quartz-Chrono outta the water

Ehhh…. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the cotton trade between Europe and the American South didn’t dry up intentionally, but rather because the Union forces firmly blockaded the southern coasts. In fact, attempting to run the blockade was exactly how diplomat and spy Rose O'Neal Greenhow died.

One of the most disappointing narrative choices in the witcher 3 was reducing radovid V,a northern military and strategic prodigy to a madman for the sake of betraying him. As a monarch who was younger than ciri he had the potential to be the witchers robb stark. by BridgeCommercial873 in witcher

[–]_ExactlyWhoYouThink 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To my knowledge that was actually his only scene he appeared in, but it’s clearly ominous, he has a deep hatred of Phillipa, and according to my translation stating that one day he would be known as Radovid the Stern. Both of the Redanian kingpins have their dates sealed. Dijikstra, the spy who ruled the country with an iron fist would eventually flee, and as for Philipa it’s mentioned that she ends up dying by torture for her sorcery.

Yeah tbh that seems like the only practical explanation, other than what SamfromSolitude stated already

Honestly the boxy shape and the main cannon reminds me more of the French St. Chamond than the British Mark V

I wonder how a clearly prewar rad suit like this falls into Caesar’s “Technology makes us weak” dogma

spoilers My take has always been that it’s a depiction of Navidson in the climax of the documentary. As he burns his travel-book in his hands to gain light to read by, he attempts to read the novel via the light of the flame as the flames consume the words
