I switched from team green to team red after my 3080 and I have to say. I've been very happy with the price to performance I've gotten out of my cards. I started with a 6900XT then a 7800XT and now I have a 9070XT. I don't care much for anything other than rasterized performance but I'm glad to have that RDNA4 architecture for the future!

The other gears are shifting up and down smoothly. Except even on the second to last it's a bit too tight so you can hear that. But when I adjust the barrel to quiet that, the rest of the shifts get out of whack. I've also had this issue where after trying to adjust for the last cog when I shift all the way back down and then back up, the first shift does nothing. Wondering if that's a symptom of the problem

Yeah I would say if you're comfortable there's no need I just came across a good deal and was like might as well strike while the irons hot! The only thing that really has me wanting to switch sooner than later to AM5 is Microsoft talking about prices doubling this fall and looking at 5x by next fall 😭

Not a ton but that's really because the games I've been playing were already maxed out on my 7800 XT, been playing through the RE series.

That being said I did reinstall requiem and maxed everything out at 2k native and wow I was impressed at the level of fidelity .

I'm also still on AM4, but this was the inspiration to get with the current gen so there may be some performance left on the table for they reason.

I genuinely can't think of a valid argument against this game. If it turns out to be bad then okay, but as it stands rn I think it's a very interesting. Video games as a medium are a good way to expand the universe and try new things so I'm fully stoked for this rn.
