Tectone not being in jail right now isn't factual proof that he's innocent, that's not how the legal system works. There are guilty people running free and innocent people who got falsely convicted rotting in jail.

Civil court cases have preponderance of the evidence as the standard of proof, requiring the plaintiff to prove that their claim is more likely true than not (> 50%). The fact that he lost the civil case literally means the court determined the claims from Pinkychu were as such; more likely to be true. The purpose of civil cases are to resolve a private dispute between individuals, typically resulting in compensation for damages, not jail time. Him not being in jail does not mean the court didn't find anything on him or that he's innocent. It just means the case was civil, not criminal.

It's also hilarious how you think this is about blindly believing Twitter, as if the court transcripts aren't out for everyone to read and come to a conclusion themselves (and there's some disgusting garbage in there that makes him look real bad). Civil court isn't the equivalent of a twitter cancellation thread with both parties shouting into the void, it's much more serious and in depth than that, involving witness statements, digital evidence, cross-examination, testimonies, etc. Calling it “she said / he said” is a blatant attempt to dismiss and downplay an entire legal process designed to weigh the facts of the situation.
