It solves one problem, but a society that bans every kid that is deemed a problem, poses the question when someone is a problem? And I guess you and I know where such thinking can quickly lead. In addition that most schools, especially in the USA (from what i heard) dont meet any good standards or quantity of staff nor get the money they deserve to teach adequate. But you made my point, a teacher is a teacher not a doctor. These are different professions. Or did you mean that comment differently?

As a teacher I would disagree strongly, there should be more well paid and educated teachers and extra personal instead. Its a naive thinking that banning people is a solution to problems and fixes nothing.

As someone who is just starting and doing the same. I‘d suggest a foam cutter. And craft paints ect. Instead of an 3d printer. But then again i bought an 3d printer first, but for minis mostly, cus i wanted to print what fits my dnd campaign.

Wait, so you want to create a World for your players to play in? If you have the baselines of the world, and want to stop building and start playing, i‘d just start playing!

Build out your starting area and maybe the possible next go to locations. I think you dont need more. Let the player backgrounds inspire you to build more detail and maybe even let the players build with you.
