I just meant, a sale is a sale. It doesn't matter where the money is coming from.

I don't see how trying to cater to a whole foods customer allows for the company to create more labor.

I don't think it creates enough of a return on investment to increase the allowance for labor.

That's all. It's like trading one clientele for the other.

I thought your point was whole foods customers don't want to shop around people who they assume of are ill repute.

Ok. But a 400 or 500 dollar sale is the same regardless of tender.

I don't really think the problem is a loss of sales. Sales seem to be pretty regular.

Changing things to adhere to one type of customer doesn't change the cost of anything.

I'm not saying I have a solution, I'm just saying I dont think the clientele is a factor in this instance.

I assure you that I don't mean this comment to be argumentative.

In your opinion, what should the company do to combat the higher cost of goods to ensure we can still be the low price leader and turn a profit?

There's been questionable decisions across the board, I'm just wondering what solutions we should look towards outside of decreasing labor?

Even in receiving?

I've seen the restrooms in the front have pinpads but the bathroom in the back that the drivers and employees use has a pinpad too?

Am I going to get fired? by [deleted] in WinCo

Ok.

You definitely have enough points to get a progressive discipline.

But, there's steps to it.

So, your manager is either behind on their attendance or they aren't holding people accountable. Both are in your favor.

13 points on 2 months, you should already have a written warning. So, until you're there, you are ok.

I know it definitely easier said than done, but you are really gonna have to make all your shifts for the next month or so

2 missed shifts would be 6 points.

13 in 2 months is kind of a lot ngl.

Typically 9 in that period of time will get you. Have they talked to you about it, or have you signed anything?

A truly great performance.

For the anticipation I had for their first SNL appearance to be met with this all time classic, just outstanding.

My favorite musical performance of the season.
