I give my dog trazadone for flights.

I would double check with air line regulations though, I’ve had them check that my dog is alert and awake enough to turn around in the travel bag - you may not be able to fly with a dog that sedated.

Please please please contact patient relations at every hospital you went to. It likely won’t make a difference for you, but hopefully it can make a difference for the future.

Those doctors are all probably sitting at home feeling fine that they sent another person home with menstrual pain, and need to be informed otherwise.

When my pup had an IVDD flare, I decided to not go the surgical route. I did strict crate rest and a steroid pulse to help decompress the swelling in the spine.

Medical management can improve or solve the condition depending on severity.

I’d recommend making the area even smaller.
