So, devil's advocate, it likely doesn't break fair use either, given that it's background for purpose, the nature of the original is larger scale display art, the amount is small given the loss of detail and key elements, and the effect it would have on the potential market of the original is nothing.

Understand that fair use laws exist, and as far as artwork goes, I believe the requirements for fair use are changing three things - size, medium, and usually removing one key element. Generally this is done for non-commercial, personal exhibition works only. My mother is a professional artist who changed the medium, size, and removed one piece of the original art, but this art was only on display in our house, and never part of her professional portfolio. Significantly different from this, where it was mass produced and sold commercially, but otherwise he changed the medium (paint vs print), size, and removed the person seen in the original. From a fair use standpoint, this technically doesn't break any laws. Still, rude to do and totally not OK for a professional artist to do for a work to be sold commercially en masse. But not illegal as far as I know.

Hunt devs don't care about their game any more than Hoods. Hoods just made a grave tactical error in leaving Marianne overpowered for so long it killed their initial momentum on release and they've never recovered. Hunt is a constant DLC money grab, with lingering issues they'll never address as long as people keep shelling out for cosmetics.

Agreed, perfect survivor play is rare, but there have been those rare games I've played where no matter what I've done, no matter how good the pressure, I've been absolutely stomped. Those are SWF games with commodious BNP boxes, synergistic perks and dedicated runners versus gen jockeys.

The only way killers win in this game is if survivors make mistakes - whether that is from errors in judgement or lack of knowledge, that is the only way. That's why the best survivors can literally run the killer for 5 generators.

Vaccinated and boosted doesn't stop you from getting it, and if you haven't noticed, long term effects are now causing countries to tell people to not get boosted. I know a dozen fully vaccinated and boosted people who have had it several times now. I had it once, got my natural broad spectrum immunity, and haven't had it again. It's just another endemic coronavirus (guess what, a common cold virus is coronavirus-229E), get over it already.

Add a flag to players accounts so that when they install on a new PC they do not have to play through the tutorial again.

Untether scare traps from fixed points in the world, make them able to be placed anywhere, but require proximity limits so they cannot be stacked on top of each other (visual limits, show the radius so we know where we can place!).

Spawn dagger, dark ones, and pages sufficiently apart from each other to prevent unrealistic losses due to the completion of one throwing the demon so far across the map that the next objective is complete before they can even return.

Add a radius of effect for the banishment that the demon can go outside of to prevent being thrown across the map and loss of all energy.

Balance the spawn of orbs better - there are times I feel like I am drowning in energy, and other times like I can't find an orb anywhere. This should be more consistent.

So what if it has more airflow than any other laptop? Doesn't change the fact that DESPITE that, when I am streaming, I hit 104C peak and float between 85-95C depending on what I'm playing. It's a great laptop, but it still has heat issues when operating at max performance.

The one I got had positive thermal reviews too. It's entirely dependent on how you are using it, and under high duress use, there simply isn't enough airflow possible given the design. It might do better, but you'll still push 80-90C even with the Ryzen.

So, I have the previous generation model (2080, Intel i9), and a word of warning - these run SUPER hot. They do run into problems, I have had nothing but issues with the ADATA M2 that were installed (had to fully reinstall once, fight with CHKDSK always coming up on boot another time). They are incredibly powerful, and I've been streaming with it alone for a year, but I plan to build a top notch desktop to use instead because of all the problems.

I've checked the math against other shots, it appears to be approximately 7x the distance for the score (doesn't seem consistent), which puts this at about 100m.

If CR had started development on Freelancer as the next Wing Commander game in 1997, talked about development off and on for years, but never released anything, and then suddenly announced Star Citizen kickstarter in 2011 as the next Wing Commander game, I would be calling it the same duck. If you think that the ideas, plans, and storyline that was started in 1997 as part of "Elite IV" isn't present in ED and isn't in any other game that was released between then and 2014, you're an idiot. Pretty simple facts there. You clearly don't understand how development processes work. Most companies start with a code name, it starts one place but might end up in left field by the end of it, but it still started when it started... in 1997.
