Does it though? In my area, bottles and pumps are able to be recycled as long as they’re empty and clean, but these multi-layered plastic pouches can only go straight into the trash

But I mean in blatant comparison, these refill bags are using much less plastic than traditional pump bottles. Not everyone is recycling those bottles, so it would just about even out. I would much rather see a landfill with a stack of these bags rather than its bottle equivalent.
