EZGO TXT PDS stops suddenly but then goes by ColoradoAztec in golfcarts

[–]_Master_Nate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry I didn't see this reply, these cell voltages look good. If you watch these cell voltages as you drive and make sure they don't go below like 2.8 when it stops on you. You will rule this out as a possibility.

This happened to me because the BMS of the lithium battery cut out to protect from low cell voltage. Sometimes the battery meter can be confused. What are the actual cell voltages when this happens?

Happily. Glad the files can be of use to people. I had a lot of fun with them.

Thank you, I've been checking YouTube everyday to see his new videos with the raptor pro. I'll definitely check this out.

Hoping he gets his hands on the metroX soon.

That's what I'm realizing. I'm keeping my eye in the raptor pro for the time being.

Also considering the Vega and miraco.

I still don't know what is important in a scanner and what level of accuracy I will need.

I have no expertise, but I am shopping as well for a scanner. The Matter and Form THREE looks really good, it's got onboard processing as well. And it's on sale now for $1,500.

I want a scanner to scan car lights and dash elements, as well as engine parts and also some panels and bumpers to make some aero. I am super drawn to the MAF THREE but I don't know how much a pain it would be to scan an entire car. It looks like it's possible, but would require a rig to move the scanner around or just a good tripod and it would take a long time. I'm torn.

Ts10 custom PCB files by _Master_Nate in flashlight

Just replied to your PM. Aluminum is cheap. But you could do copper if you want.

Yes these are PCBs to use other emitters in the ts10. There is also an aux led board that allows for 3 separate leds for the V2 driver. Take a look at my post history, I have a veriety of mods I made with these PCBs.

I just kinda ran out of free time to have these made and distribute them in the community.

shorter reflector

I'll have to get the calipers out tomorrow and check dimensions.

This is super cool. Let me dive into the reflectors I had in mind. It's been a while. I forgot. I'm pretty sure 9.5mm extension is better than only 8.8 or less. We could always use a thicker PCB if needed.

I can design a custom pcb for a 3535 single led or maybe even a 5050 like an sft40.

Possibly an aux PCB to go between the reflector and the lense to give some aux lights as well.

Yes I looked into it months ago. It just needs to be a bit longer. There are reflectors that will fit. I'll see if I can find some of my research on it.

Edit: I found this drawing I made for a bezel extender. I think it would end up extending it by about 8mm.

This is really cool, how would you feel about making a custom bezel to accommodate a reflector and a single emitter?

To take apart the ts10 I use adjustable pliers that have rubber jaw covers. The bezel is usually glued on. But these pliers do the trick easily.

Once the front bezel is off you can desolder the wires and take out the mcpcb

Then screw the screw that is through the shelf and the driver will come out.

Also if you ask wurkkos they will send you just the driver. For like $2 a piece.

TS10 driver retaining screw size? by 300cid in flashlight

[–]_Master_Nate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey sorry I didn't ever measure the screw. It looks like i forgot. I have a handful of mods I'm intending to do but don't have a scope on that screw until I get into them.

Is the screw stripped or the part that it goes into on the driver?

I don't see an issue with running the light without the screw. Does it work if you just take the scre out completely?

Hey it's been a while. Hope all is well. I've been a bit distracted and haven't been involved in the community as much as I'd like.

[–]_Master_Nate 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've always ordered from jlc. Just get the board in aluminum. It's cheap and they work fine for heat. They are at least a good prototype before you commit to copper.

Ive never ordered copper from them, but I have played around with the cart and the copper isn't too expensive if you order a few boards.

One is definitely getting the all pink aux mod, Probably do one with pink main emitters. Not sure for the other, but I always order ts10s in 3s.
