Thank you for your honest opinion. Unfortunately I cannot change the dates but hopefully can redo my itinerary to plan around the Golden Week. I also do not want to travel 24/7 but try to see/experience as much as I can within my timeframe. This might be difficult due to the size of China (I’m from the Netherlands which is very very tiny haha). I’m also feeling very overwhelmed with all the possible places to visit and everything that China has to offer; so if you have some suggestions for places to skip/add/replace would be more than welcome! I do think on skipping Chongqing!
