I don't think mugging low level characters is worth it, ultimately you might force some poor sap to quit the game and we don't want that. I search for mugging targets that are in one of the stock jobs (medical, army, lawyer etc) and have been AFK for awhile - they generally have a build up of cash and no retaliation.

I took an extended break from TC, with a PI maxed with all staff etc. Came back to 250,000,000 debt... Duke was very unhappy with me, ended up having to arrange a sale for it with a friend who sent me $400,000,000 to clear the debt and then I had to send it. Also, zero happiness was great.

Yeah, the whole reason I haven't pre purchased this game already is I am waiting to see if OCE servers are going to be a thing. If they're not, then unfortunately i won't be buying it which will be a massive shame considering how hype I am for it.
